Stepping down on the Waterfront

This photograph shows the ideal concept of  ”stepping down” of  building heights which will be changed if Propositions B and C on the November ballot pass and permit height limits to be raised on parcels that are near the Bay waterfront.

“NO wall on the waterfront” is the battle cry for all San Franciscans who realize that waterfront zoning controls are under threat by a number of large development projects.
